TV Show Tracker TeeVee Updated With New Features And Improvements
October 18, 2013
The delightfully designed TV show-tracking app TeeVee has just been updated to version 2.3 with several new features and improvements.
First off, TeeVee 2.3 has merged the app's sources into one (Trakt), thereby providing better performance and better airtime accuracy.
The latest update to TeeVee also fixes the wrong notifications in the Pacific and Mountain time zones. You can now set your U.S. time zone to standard, Pacific, or Mountain in the app's settings section.
Also in the settings section, you can now toggle all notifications, enable Soft-Mode to replace the "Dead" label on discontinued series to the less morbid "Ended," and export all future episodes, with or without alerts, to the Calendar app.
TeeVee 2.3 also brings improvements for the unwatched management feature that was added to the app through its 2.2 update last month. Specifically, if you have unwatched management enabled, you can now see your unseen episode count on the app's icon badge.
Also including some bug fixes and UI improvements, TeeVee 2.3 is available now in the App Store as a free update or as a new $1.99 download. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later.
